This video is garbage. nothing is shown besides you turning it on twice. The way to fix e74 error is easy and it will never fail again (e74 anyway). You need to change out the X Clamps that MS foolishly uses and replace them with [4] 10mm M5 bolts, [8] metal washers, and [8] plastic washers. You're basically securing the heat sink to the GPU. Thats why you get E74, the Video processor heats up because the heatsink pulls away from the GPU due to faulty clamps that hold the heatsink in place.
