I get a black screen whenever I start the game. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Can someone help me ? When I start the game (desktop shortcut) it's just black screen with sounds of intro and I guess the menu too. Can't see shit just black screen with sounds.

I got the same fuckn problem, i was doing nazi zombies with 3 friends, n i couldn't do anything about it, so for that the zombies killed everyone, cause i couldn't help them.
