High atop Snowshoe Mountain in Pocahontas County, WV Monarch butterflies are released as part of the West Virginia Monarch Butterfly State Festival. Rick Mikula gives a presentation on the butterfly's body and Heather Ness explains the life stages of the butterfly and the proper way to release the Monarch butterfly. This piece was produced for the WV PBS show "Outlook" by Janet Kunicki.
