If anybody had trouble beating that boss, you had to fight him with your gun at FULL POWER.. When you fight him, you have to face him, and hold the A button, and shoot him with the B button.. Do NOT LOOK AWAY FROM HIM!! His bubbles will kill you, if you do.. Your fully powered gun will block his shots.. Be patient and his life WILL drain.. Ta da!!
