the charger runs 15s man and that is the 5.7 v8 the civilin model is lighter and barely hits 14.5 on avarage

the same way people ride your bumper in big ass trucks and suv they speed up
i work in a shop and the crown vics have the mustang 4.6 sohc 250hp but there is a faster version most people dont have cars over 250hp anyway and if you have 300 your not much faster but if you have 600hp your way faster they made a 4.6 dohc version with 300hp for mark vIII and cobra

those cop cars arnt stock because they just crown victorias stock with heavy duty parts

They have dodge charger cop cars. I've seen some on the road a couple times. Italy has 2 police Lamborghinis donated by the company to show there support for the police forces in Italy.
