@firedancerart if you play an inside out forehand you have too much court to cover to get to net and successfully cover a pass against any decent player... i suggest using the inside out forehand to set up the short ball which you can attack inside-in and follow it to net.. watch fed play. he very rarely follows his initial inside out forehand to net but he will often use his inside out forehand to get a short ball that he can then pounce on and dictate play...

and there is no reason not to go for the baseline ad corner or service line corner, if you are attacking go for it. most people are right handed and usually the backhand is weaker, take time away by getting it deep or take them off the court, if they want to get the ball back make them earn it. and if you see them going to the one hand backhand slice, if you can cut off the ball do it. i dont understand what was stupid about my post, what would your tips be?

@flexmann100 my tip is when learning have fun with it, and its clear to me you don't play tennis, if you get a good solid forehand on it, your opponent will have to stretch for the ball if they can reach it which usually means they are giving you a slice backhand back, run in and attack it. i mean if you dont hit a solid forehand dont run in for sure but if you are running around your forehand you better put something on it cause you are now out of position.

You don't go for the lines when you are hitting any shot especially not when you are hitting a short angle inside out forehand..You don't follow a cross court ball into the net.. the first option your opponent has when you approach is down the line. The quickest way from point a to b is a straigh line not a diagonal line. please never give a tennis tip in your life again. Thanks!
