Powada from 1951 movie Amar Bhupali

Panditrao Nagarkar sings composition of Honaji, a poet from the waning days of Maratha confederacy circa early 1800s. It is an ode to the saffron flag of Marathas, calling on people to rise again against the foreign enemy. V. Shantaram produced and directed the movie. Panditrao Nagarkar and Sandhya (Jhanak jhanak payal baje) were the actors.
