It could be that they are keeping with tradition of the older movies, in which they only had white actors available. Or it could be that, since the Hebrews were in the same area as the Muslims were, the Hebrews look like the Muslims and that could cause some problems. Just a thought.

I don't get why they make the Hebrews and Egyptians so light-skin in this film. I mean, a lot of films I've seen the Hebrews, Egyptians, Canannites, etc are portrayed as light skin. Why? I mean, it's not a bad thing, but do they have some sort of racist attitude or something? It's just my thought.
