@findmedog If you paid through your credit card you have to call them and let them know and they will send you a dispute form. Let them know you found out there site is a scam and you want your money back. If you paid through your bank card you have to call your bank and see what they can do. It is always a good idea to pay for things online with your credit card if you are not sure about the site because using a bank card they can keep taking your money out so call the BANK IMMEDIATELY.

@findmedog NO I never got the chain. I had my credit card credited it back to my account after I disputed the charge..DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!

well I just ordered a chain from them. I wish I new all this stuff now. wtf! And how do they still have a active web site threw Volution,this is messed up! there gonna be greeted with a glock 9 Im taking a trip to see them mark my words Ive had it with these thieves.

@IvnTee07 Dont worry you will get your money back. Hubby and i have contested things a few times when we got ripped off and always won. I think the burden of proof is on the company and if they cant get proof you got the item as stated you are all set.
