  • Great video.

Where is Sir Jack? 3 times World Champ.

During the late 50's & 60's not one picture of Alfa Romeo, Mercedes or Cooper. Wasn't all Ferrari in the 50's and 60's.

  • Sir Jack? You mean Jacques Villenueve?

I guess I missed him too... Strange considering I am Canadian. lol.

As for those cars, I didn't miss them really, it was just tough to find cars from the 50's-60's. Most of the pics were of ferrari and lotus. I also wanted to get a good pic of a car from a specific year as to show as much of it as possible. No sense adding one that is from a far distance or has multiple cars in it.

  • It's a shame to see a F1 history video that misses so many things...you must be english...

I hope Massa wins this year and Alonso next one!! good job anyway

    cheers

  • Actually I am Canadian.

However, I am still more a McLaren Fan than Ferrari. Always have been because of Senna.

Personally, I hope Hamilton wins this year. He kind of got robbed last year.

  • @Agent009B u forgot some goood drivers :) like Juan Manuel Fangio. he was the f1 world champion in 1951,1954,1955,1956,1957.

    u should now he only drove in f1 from 1950 - 1958.

  • @MRoesterreicher1 he's in there at 1958. ;)

  • @senne99

Lauda, Fittipaldi and Hunt too. All of them world champions for McLaren.

  • @Agent009B

Jack Brabham, he's an Australian that was 3 times champion. He was later given an knighthood and became SIr Jack.

Also not a single picture by Jackie Stewart who was 3 time champion and won 27 races in 99 starts. Not to mention he did so much to improve the safety of the sport.

In the 10 seasons of the 60's Lotus won 36 races compared to Ferrari's 13 (that's almost 3 times as many!). Brabham (the team) and BRM won 12 races each, and Matra 9.

Team Brabham won 35 races and 6 titles

  • @SonicX246831 the video was added 2007 man ;p

  • 2006 Raïkkonen ? It is Pedro de la Rosa --'
