This is the best police drama of the 1990s. Hands down. The acting was solid.

One of the best moments on this show was the episode where one boy kills another and the mothers of both boys wind up in a waiting room and their little brothers are playing together, pretending to shoot each other. That was a very deep and well put together scene.
