  • I'm the girl that plays 1st violin.

I used so many open strings because i didn't get to practice that much.

My teacher only gave the music to me one week before the concert.

And we only had a rehursal as a quartet only once!

I'm sorry if i made a lot of mistakes...

  • You shouldn't show so much concern about another person's choice of finger pattern since you never know the circumstances. The person playing the piece always makes the judgment call on how they can best perform the piece. With the advent of new strings it's no longer such a travesty anyway...the young lady performed very well, in fact I found it to be a very lovely performance in general and wasn't looking for errors and found it very enjoyable

  • Hey Kelly... Dont worry about playing open strings... Its a fact that playing in position shift increases the beauty.... But you've played it wonderfully.... i'm also a violinist......

  • @kelly0216 don't feel so bad... i understand... watch the eine kleine nachtmusik version of la corda d'oro...

  • I'm learning this song right now, and I must say, this is very good!!! (Way better than what I would sound like.)
