During a May 2010 visit to the St. Helena Farmer's Market in Napa Valley, Tammy interviewed the owners of The Smoked Olive, a Santa Rosa, Calif.-based company that makes flavored olive oil infused with real wood smoke flavor. The product is being discovered by top chefs such as Tyler Florence and distributors in Asia, including one for Korea.
