first off...nuheisman is right moose are EXTREMELY dangerous and will attack people. second off moose were originally a plains animal so its actually not all that rare to see them in the plains, in fact its pretty frequent in the plains of colorado, obviously not AS frequent in nebraska but not exactly rare either

This is my concern with the Moose.....people too close to him. Please leave him alone. Also, realize they are dangerous.
