Installing a Home Security System - Andy Bell takes us to a home where a home security system or a monitoring system is being installed and the various aspects it has. The master control panel is located in the basement of the home and the customer has nothing to do with that; it has a backup battery pack incase the power goes out then the home is still protected. There is a motion detector installed, CO2 meter, heat pad to detect numerous problems like carbon minoxide and a main key pad that the consumer uses. It's better to have this a year early rather then a day late.

  • eyah... if you have pet, just get glassbreak sensor, and dun bother with motion.

  • I have the window decals so people think I have an alarm system.

  • "we also provide protection from fires smoke intrusion" since when the hell does an alarsm system PROTECT u against anything???

it just lets u know that your house is on fire or that someone came in and took all your stuff :)

  • I'm 49 never had a break in, although it does happen i know, but I leave a few tools, a few bikes etc outside not locked up, if someone wants to steel something they can without breaking glass and having any contact with me, or my family. and you, know no one has come they only go to homes that look all locked and hiding something valuable, you guys got to remember burglars are not to bright to start with so they will always think locked houses have more valuable stuff even it is harder to get

  • @woodjust4u I'm black... and what you're saying is racist... but is funny!

  • I love alarm salesman. One week they are selling insurance, and the next they are selling alarm systems and reffered to as a Security Expert

  • Like he says, an alarm system today is a necessity. It doesn't matter what kind of neighborhood you live in -- we've seen time and again that homes in "upper class" neighborhoods with watchful neighbors can still fall victim to home invasion. Protect what matters most and get true peace of mind with a monitoring alarm...

  • Why not use our On Off app for iPhone to control your GSM-alarm?

  • @alphaman1101 my god thats a perfect idea
