Yeah well i guess im in a different community hehe.. Anti piracy, hacking etc.. They just blaim eachother to make their own agenda.. When something is illegal by law ppl tend to think its "the right way" even if it's not.. Just because they talk about legalizing cannabis to ppl over 18 here in denmark doesn't make it safe..

NWO and shit.. Who cares about acting..? No laws are really made to protect the ppl.. Only the black hats and "their friends" on the top.. Welcome to planet earth... Lol..

Both do a perfectly fine job on their own. But what's the saying?... two crooked bastards are better than one... or something like that. We'd be naive to think my above scenario isn't playing out.

Oh, and I've never been hacked personally. Use strong passwords, hardening measures, and don't piss off black hats. Lessons to live by, plus a simple NAT router, and 99.9% chance you're good to go.

Ive been hacked a couple of times and my friends VPS has just been hacked plus my other friend got a danish firmware virus called ucash virus that bricked his board..

It's funny how americans allways wants to put the finger on the gov' and not the hackers.. Hackers is known for a reason and not because the gov' wants to take over and survey worldwide... They are doing that just perfectly fine without hackers in their way.. ;)

Well, I'd personally rather have NEITHER collect info. about me. And part of my point was that these govt. agencies are fabricating, or at least over-exaggerating these cyber attacks to broaden their control over internet usage. In fact I wouldn't even doubt if some of these "hackers" (i.e. lulzsec) were in bed with thees agencies to get people all noid about security and accomplish that means to an end (tighter grip).

But I use chained VPN's, VM's, and other measures to render it all moot.

The FBI collecting information is NOTHING new.. Id rather let them look at what im doing than a group of hackers.. Even tough i have tons of games on my hdd *cough* i still want the FBI before hackers.. Simply because they fuck up your system.. It's getting slower simply because it's working against itself in all ways and it really is a pain in the ass when playing games since it can corrupt a lot..

Not sure about a hoax, but something seems shady about it. That the FBI just happened to "accommodate" these people and say: "here, use our servers". I'd probably sooner trust the "bad guys" than them quite frankly.

Say the govt. wanted to broaden their control of the internet. Creating some false flag cyber security breaches would sure help them accomplish that goal, wouldn't it?

    Food for thought.
