My Immortal - Ryou Bakura & Yami Bakura

Yet again, a very old AMV. Beacuase of the damn 'Eavansence' or whatever rule on AMV.org, My favorite and most worked on video as of then was deleted! ARGH!

Yet, I decided to post it here. For those of you who really love this song you will notice that, yes, I took out certian parts of the song. I did that becuase I wanted this vid. to really describe Ryou n' Bakura more. So deal with it. Please rate and comment!

Yami Bakura didnt care for Bakura in the beginning. the english version may not show the abuse but he did abuse Ryou alot in the japanese version, Ryou had plenty of friends but Yami Bakura trapped their souls into the shadow realm. Ryou kept transfering schools until he got to Domino High School and thats where he met Yugi. In the english version, during Battle City, Yami Bakura finallly realized how much he needed Ryou and saved him, but only because he was his host.

@jrockluv I personally know this, but thanks for putting that for others to see! I think a lot of people still don't know the differences between the English and the Japanese versions. It's too bad I didn't have raw (un-subtitled) footage form season zero for thi AMV :(

I think that secretly, Touzoku (Yami Bakura) had an attraction towards Ryou. I mean yea, it's not very evident, but being with Ryou was the only that kept his soul from being in everlasting darkness. Touzoku had a tragic life in Egypt, and he knew nothing else but pain. Deep down in whatever little shriveled up heart he has, there is probobly some affection for him.

I hate it when people think Bakura would abuse Ryou. I mean, Bakura and Ryou weren't friends like Yugi and the pharoah, but I know that Bakura did care about Ryou in a big brother way...even though Ryou never knew it. I feel that Ryou reminded Bakura of how he himself once was a long long time ago, so he was just protecting Ryou's innocence.

@NyamiRose well as a Bakura fan that you are, as am i, im glad u know the difference =) plenty of ppl here say theyre fans n dont even know the characters thts no fun V.V i learned about Yugioh season 0 through an anime magazine i bought years ago. its 1 of my faves n it explains the characters alot better.

Ooh! I *loved* how you edited the lyrics to truly fit them. And the part at the end where Yami Bakura walks away made my heart skip a beat. You really captured the nature of their relationship. :)
