I am about to test a prototype string for Ted at Jazzmando. I'll be recording the same tune before and I after I change strings. These are Elixir mediums. The backing tracks for Blackberry Blossom are from "Jam Tunes for Bluegrass Mandolin" available at bluegrassbooksonline.com

I haven't practiced in a while.. so I'm kinda crummy. Forgive me.

  • Found it thanks!

Hey I agree. So I gave you 5 stars just set the world right! You sound great -- nice clean picken.

You know I'm not a big fan of the Elixers myself (they don't last any longer than standard D'Addario J-74's for me -- but that's just me I guess).

I'd like to know how you put all the background chording and rythym in there that really helps keep the tempo even -- something I stink at.

  • Looks like you're off to a great start :)
