Onan RV Generator Test Run

6.5 NH-3CR 30R/16020P Onan RV generator. Runs nice. Changed oil and plugs. Replaced armature bearing and check both AC and DC brushes. Old muffler was blown so I replaced muffler and it's much quieter.

Has remote start and run cable. Start from dash or directly from unit. No hourmeter so have no idea how much time is on generator.

I set the idle down after this first test run. Much quieter after the RPM was adjusted down.

@p3abc i have a 1984 fleet wood rv with the same model generator and im having problems with what i think is the solonoid, but not sure if u have any suggestions on what i could do to fix this please write back
