Boney M - Daddy Cool (Live at ZDF - 1976)

The group's big break came when, at the end of summer 1976, German television producer Michael 'Mike' Leckebusch (of Radio Bremen) requested the group for his show Musikladen. Boney M. appeared on the live music show on September 18, 1976, after 10 pm and in their daring stage costumes, where they performed the song "Daddy Cool". The song quickly went to no.1 in Germany, with the album following the success of the single.

Boney M one amongst the best groups, their songs and the way they sing was so nice for the ears. There will never be a Bobby Farrell again in the music world who was a very cool dancer with natural moves who had the capacity to bring lots of energy on the stage. But overall I feel the man who handled them i.e Frank Farian could have been a little more Generous with them wherein the group members were all so nice people. Anyhow there will never be a Boney M again! Thank You all for your music.

@Med749 Farians Words, Farrels daughter said yesterdy they where not on speakin terms for years. aFarrel is getting burried in Holland Saturday, the girls of Boney M are there so are some other artist of their eraNOT Frank Farian ,he,s not welcome according to his dayghter, now who do you believe in this case???
