I received an email on the Propellerhead (Gerry Basserman), Line6 (Matt Piper) Master Class on Record and Reason held at the Pyramind in San Francisco on Saturday May 1, 2010.

Was the training captured on video, and possibly available for viewing? I've read reviews from attendees that are extremely favorable. I appreciate any information you may have.

@MrVaffel Well, I was running a studio in San Rafael at the time... lots of hot tubs and hippies up there. I was probably influenced a bit when I wrote this. Also, the best school in the United States for learning tabla is in San Rafael... I kinda have two sides... insane mad scientist and peaceful ambient dude. Kinda like Aphex Twin and Brian Eno. Maybe I should call myself Brian Ego. That's a laugh.

Quick question: Why all the arps and switches? Couldn't you just have the buttons control the resolution parameter on just one arp? Same for the direction? Is there a benefit to doing it this way instead of how I mentioned?

It will open and works in L8 if anyone's wondering. You get a complaint about the file being made in a newer version of logic but it's fine after saving as :)
