I would love to see more gym workouts, like the one that's out there with back and chest for example... :)

Nice :-) Your gym looks cool, it seams there is no "fancy" equipment.
Keep it on!

Why don't you get a better camera? Just wondering! Love your videos! Keep it up!

@greyhk2 Weighted side bends work the interior obliques which wrap around your wast like a internal weight belt. You will notice I dont always wear a weight belt when overhead pressing. I can do this becasue the core work I do. The work with the "rings" is quite difficult, it work on stabilizers nessisary when carrying huge amounts of weight very quickly. Football players dont just scrimmage all day, sprinters dont just sprint in training and basball dont just hit and catch baseballs.

@greyhk2 true it those exercises will also work your hams, triceps, biceps and shoulders etc. yet you would still work them all seprately to further strengthen them just like abdominals right?

It's nice to see that even the big guys need to do the little bits, 99.9% of vids on here are 'p500lb this' or '400kg that', it's nice to see some stuff that anyone could do.

This is unbelievable - the size and strength!!!

@greyhk2 The first exercise is about balance as well. Also it's good to diversify how you go at your muscles. No matter how effective a lift is, mixing it up is always helpful.
Wasn't expecting to see this, disappointed there's no 900lb deadlifts...
