Gotta love the Haka

@UHtiger. Sure the Haka has been part of the All Black for decades and sure the team has some Maori descendants, but you can't deny the overall inauthenticity of the All Blacks. Its obvious the All Blacks are good, but if your knowledgeable, its more obvious that the players representing the All Blacks have no "inherent " ties to the Haka. Beyond the prize and money, rugby is about pride. Its what make an island warrior island tick. Why do you think the Samoan and Maori intensity has longevity.

@atime07 The Haka is now integrally linked with the All Blacks and has been for decades and all those guys are immensely proud of performing the Haka because it means they are representing their country. Just F.Y.I of those 34 involved in that world cup squad there was 11 of maori descent.

Its shameful from a pride stand point that the New Zealand rugby team has to attain players from Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga and not stick with their country's own players. As result it becomes so apparently disingenuous to the Maori people when the team does the haka. Not to mention that the white players are from British descent! HAHA. Taking out the Polynesian warriors, the haka is nothing but Scottish men lying to themselves with a dance they don't inherently understand! True Islander pride!
