People are raised to think of the lighter side as better, healther, not true. This stunts our emotional spectrum. When we cry, a hormone is released in the hind brain that actually makes us feel better: A kind of soft adrenalin aimed at feeling, which is why many people enjoy feeling sad. How can that be wrong? All these pictures & music are, are expressions of our real emotional nature trying to get through the fog of misinformation, things supressed for any length of time can seem strange.
