works pretty good, but size matters, how come u used up so many counters??
and by the way, are u using an e-prom?

I have intentional to use Cmos IC's instead that special IC's like the PIC microcontroller.
And i haven't used eprom in this circuit.

I really doubt it has chronometer performance (also it has to be certified to be called a chronometer). But it certainly looks like a nice digital chronograph ;)
