You don't look obese. Just very chubby. I'm 288 and 5'8 and I can do pushups with ease but as for burpees... I'm gonna need alot of practice before attempting any sort of challenge.

Hey, bro, I think 225 will be far too light for your frame. You are really muscular. Probably closer to 235 or 240 actually.

Nice way for losing wight! Keep it up man. Try doing your own workout programme. Example:Mon- Workout A Tue-Rest Wed- Workout B Thurs-Rest Fri- Workout A Sat+Sun-Rest Mon- Workout B Tue-Rest Wed- Workout A Thurs-Rest Fri- Workout B (...) And for example at A you should do planks,squats,push ups(try variations like pseudo,diamond,clapping...) and burpees(than you will put your upper body in real stress) And for B try pull or chin ups and running, cycling, etc...
