  • Iv'e been hitting the bag and running a bit hanging out with friends and getting some exercise after not doing anything for like a year, but im so sore now. haha

  • My GAWD I hate gym creepers!!! Same goes with neighborhood creepers. Stop watching the local mamas walking guys and making it obvious when you run outside to 'water your yard'. Ick!

  • PSHHHH! :D, i been doing my strength thing here lately, the weather's been crappy for the past week, it's hot it's cold it's raining, it's not. it's rough so i stay in until the weather breaks and stays so i don't get sick again. But the cardio thing i'm def gonna get back into, that's harder than the other stuff for me

  • I've been doing what bartalon is doing when it comes to food. I've also took soft drink out of my diet and have been drinking orange juice and water. I don't have a weight problem but before I started doing this I just didn't have much energy, and now I've been a lot more energetic. Thanks for posting these vids, they really got me thinking about my diet.

  • I've found an effective way to maintain or even lose weight is to wait until I get physical hunger pains before I eat anything, at which point I eat something "not unhealthy."

    A lot of people eat just to eat because they are bored or it's a habit combined with another activity like TV, video games, etc. But if one simply waits until the natural feature of hunger pains to eat, a lot of extra calories are skipped.

    Just don't miss the hunger pains, or engorge yourself when you eat...

  • I happened to start working out at the same time as you Digital Soul. I'll watch for your updates, I have a beginning photo I took of myself. Are you going to do a photo difference update after some time? Also, I'm not really food dieting as much as I'm just beginning to work out first then worry about food dieting once I'm comfortable working out!
