it's a fucking crazy!!"prety good!!"

Is this song from Gackt? It kinda sounds like it. The video isn't too bad, but the music seems a bit strange for the series. Oh well.

There's no real story here, it's just a seemingly random bunch of images set to a beat (especially when you cut to anime from an entirely different megaman series right in the middle) Megaman X has a VERY limited amount of anime sequences, so the only story you can really tell is the one that's already been told. Want to make a megaman AMV? Use the series from the 90s, plenty of foootage there. Simply recycling the same few scenes and setting them to music isn't art.

Then it wouldn't be called an "Anime" Music Video now would it? I'll admit this isn't one of my better AMVs. But to say that recycling the same clips isn't art is simply saying that you don't have the ability to make it into art. The real art is using the same limited amount of clips in a way that allows viewers to see them in a totally new perspective. For example, my video "Rockman - The Next Legend" that video I actually cared about and put time into it.

In the end credits and even in the "About this video" part it says that I used Sony Vegas 6.0. The cheapest version of Vegas would run you about 80 dollars U.S.

Spendy. i there a license i need to buy/renew?

You have to go to a computer store or buy it online. Once you buy it, it's yours for life, nothing you need to renew. Just search "Sony Vegas" in a search engine and click on Sony's website. You'll find all the information there.
