as a guy and gamer i really dont find it strange to be asked what i am playing right now.

its a very normal question to ask a gamer.

nobody plays a single game for as long as they live, to be able to say, stop asking me what i'm playing, you know already.

you switch the games you're playing all the time. new ones apear, old ones become too old, and any possible reason why stop or start playing a specific game.
