okay i know your trying to lose weight and im proud of you and i hope you can, but you wont if your gonna eat fast food. its ALL FAKE. nothing real. so make a routine and stick to something that is realistic. try working out every other day for about an hour and a half. this is what i do and it works well. keep going!
You save way more money buying groceries then eating out. If you spend $2 at McDonalds and eat like twice a day that's $4 a day. Thats $28 a week. If you buy a loaf of bread, some slice turkey, some lettuce, fruit, milk, cereal, etc. for under $24 bucks thats gonna you like 2 or 3 weeks. Overtime your savings will add up. :)
Wendys caesar side salad sans the croutons and I get chicken nuggets and cut them up and put them on top. Less than 3 bucks and less that 500 calories if you dont have the croutons.
Cici...just a suggestion if your wanting to save money buy the chicken caesar salad from Mcdonalds! They're actually pretty good and fairly fresh! Just be careful of the dressing! Try not to make excuses! Not trying to be harsh I just want you to succeed!
