Didnt have much time..

Today is the first day of The Lords Table. ( http://www.settingcaptivesfree.com/home/ ) you can find it under COURSES, FOOD ISSUES, then The Lords Table Phase 1

I completed the 21 day fast successfully. I will not be mentioning when I will be fasting or for how long again.... I fast for spiritual reasons NOT to lose weight or detox or whatever unhealthy reason others are doing it for. - It's unhealthy when you are not involving God in your choice.

God is good.

  • Answer that BOY!

  • LMAO!! I did. He was trying to give me something to drink. How sweet is my baby. hehe

  • Thanks for mentioning in your video! I agree about keeping your fasts between you and God. I am not fasting, I am sacrificing food in order to lose weight. It's amazing how God has used me surrendering the two meals a day to break the bondage food had over me. I like what the dictionary says about sacrifice, "the surrender or destruction of something prized or desirable for the sake of something considered as having a higher or more pressing claim.". You are doing great!!! ((hugs))

  • I have a 120 day "plan" 80 of those days being from The Lords Table. After completing the fast I was able to see that I have ISSUES w/ food. I didnt overeat yesterday but I didnt do correct choices and I am praying these 120 days will help me focus and God will help me with my food issues. After I complete these (june 1) I will try to do the 40 day challenge you are doing and sacrifice the two meals & snacks.I love your videos and I know God is helping you in a beautiful way bc of your sacrifice

  • you should weigh yourself just once a week. at the same day, same time and all. because your weight will shift alot from day to day. but you're doing good, so keep going.

  • I usually try to weigh myself on Mondays around 8-9ish but I wanted to get a weigh in for a 15lb challenge .. then couldnt confirm weight because scale died. I need to buy a new scale this week.

Thank you for your comment <3

  • oh ok. Well good luck to you on the challenge! I hope you get a working scale soon, lol :)

  • everyone has a different philosophy when it comes to the scale..i weigh in everyday in the morning and others feel only once a week. you just have to do whats right for you and what will encourage you as opposed to bring you down.

  • TLT is a great plan. I pray you will succeed and we will all be set free indeed. I believe God gives us each different roads to take. I feel like God may be calling me to eat like this for the rest of my life or until I release all the weight. I am so excited to see God working in you. You are so beautiful inside and out and it shows. Love ya!!

  • Thank You!! I try to weigh myself "officially" on Mondays around 8-9am and maybe once during the week. To enter the 15lb challenge I would have to post a video or picture with proof of how much I weigh thats why I weighed myself a second time that day BUT then my scale died. ahhh hehe
