Yea, my mom regressed a little too... even called me some really mean things... getting bashed hurts when it's a stranger, but when your own parents do it, it's like them squeezing your heart in a vice.

Congrats on coming out!! Oooo beware the non-reaction reaction.! Mine had that kind of reaction and then the shit went down a few months later when I started on hormones and it took much longer than that for my Dad to really accept it. Just brace yourself for the possibility of negativity in the future. Not saying it will happen, but don't let it catch you off-guard :o) I'm here for you if you need any support. /Warren

my mom did the same thing to me...i was sitting there balling tears and she was like "oh.....ok.....you do what you have to do to be happy" i was like what?! when i came out as a lesbian she cried for literally 3 months like every day ... but be warned....2 weeks later she broke down and regressed a little.
