how to do a 180 front flip from a guy with a lisp

LOL i made this ages ago, i dont haue a lisp anymore and i dont haue the trampoline, please keep in mind im only keeping this up because of how bad it is and i find it funny as fuck now.

@xblackstreakx37 did you not read what i wrote under the video? im only keeping this video up because i know how bad and funny it is, plus despite the really bad video it is still a front 180 flip and in gymnastics its known as a front somersault which is its real name but everyone just calls it a front flip now
