New Delhi, May 03 (ANI): Amnesty International said on May 02 that India should abolish the death penalty after hundreds of cases examined by the human rights group revealed 'fatal flaws' in the country's judicial system. Amnesty said that the mercy petitions from death row prisoners who are poor and illiterate are often thrown out for 'technical reasons' and cases not argued in court properly.

Death penalty is a primitive practice, it shoud be abolished from the civilised modern socity. It is bloody primitive practice. Researchers said Death penalty cannot decreased the rate of the crime...it is a nother crime against humanity.

The mere existence of the Death Penalty in India is an Insult to Our Religion. We Hindus dont even eat meat. We have no right in ending another sentient beings life. This is Not Our Way!
