Exactly - Jim''s lack of education and intelligence, and his stunning lack of brainpower and ommon sense - cause his only plan to be "do nothing" on this issue - exactly what he did from 2000-2006 when his party controlled the executive and legislative branches.

Funny though, specter knew he would loose the next race, so as a looser soon-to-be, he joined the demosplats.
