hey man, nice job...sounds great, but that is not an RG565..those had no middle single coil..It looks like a 560 with reverse headstock...a special model perhaps, or neck change...either way, it sounds awsome..

thanks... I take it you have a 560 yourself (based on your name)? I recently had this RG ID'd for me as a 560 in a different forum... just never updated the info on this vid... the "special model neck" makes sense since this was a Guitar Center Anniversary Edition.

Hey shredmaster6k... would you be able to identify it for me? After having it collect dust for 15 yrs, I picked it up out of boredom and resparked my interest in playing again. I inquired on some forums and someone told me that it looked like a "hybrid" RG565. All I remember was that I bought it as a Guitar Center 25th Anniversary special back in highschool.

I'm thinking about to explore my FX loop send/return on my Marshall AVT50 Combo, using guitar rig 3 or Peavey Revalver software. What do you recommend?

Sorry dude... I'm just a practicing musician... I don't have the deep knowledge to recommend what works/sounds best... the only thing I can say is to "just try it out". In my scenario, I had to use the FX loop or else my GNX sounded like crap.

@kobz48 he's a great rock guitarist which is sloppy as hell but, nice tone and great attitude but, if you're reffering to technique and actual chops then i agree. He has some nice vibratto and pick attack though and he obviously can write the songs since he's one of the most legendary rock guitarists of all time. He also seems to be a real down to earth cat which i think is awesome he's the anti-Malmsteen. I'm a vai,satch,gilbert kind of guy personaly.
