  • what size/weight is your hoop? i've been practicing iso's with an old heavy hoop of mine, and my wrists just aren't strong enough yet.

  • @DivineShpongleShadow it's 1/2inch thickness and around hip-height (i think 35 inches in diameter or something) good luck : )

  • It's a little disappointing to find out you're not gay... even though I'm not gay either. I'm totally magnetized by your intensity.

  • ha. yea, it's a drag. would be convenient at hoop gatherings.

  • Loveeeee it , funny I never saw anything like this before , but after a couple " heavy" drinks , I was too dizzy to hoop considering all the circles you do , so I decided to start just trying to get my body in and out of it without hitting myself , and I discovered I can do some of this stuff!! obviously not as well as you , but then I looked up some of your stuff and I'll be catching up soon! i'll post some stuff of mine soon I'd love your input on it!

  • awesome. yea, anything i can do... online. ; ) keep it up. circlescirclescirclesmadnesscircles.

  • This is legitimately blowing my mind. I'm jealous.

  • Thanks for keeping it real : ) I really enjoyed watching those flying-out-into-orbit flings amidst the incredible skill shown in your video. It reminds me that, regardless of how much left there is to learn, I'll get there someday :) So, thank you Brecken <3 Your work breeds inspiration!
