I feel the same way about Kyokushin ,i did alot different martial arts . in Kyokushin i feel like i"m taking it to another level.but is there alot stuff in Sabaki Method movements I'm just curious

i train this style since 6 years. i did muay thai, kick box, judo, other karate before, but this is the most effective style!! i love it! this is my life!

Ashihara will go down in time as the best and most effective style of standup fighting. Even better than Muaythai!
