ok i cant quite do that with my right leg but i can with my left and when i did it... i felt that compression feeling which im going to guess is Qi... lol ok I see, now that i felt it (disappointed i didn't keep trying). i was trying just a tiny bit of tai chi and i didnt feel the Qi very strongly so i stopped watching the video clips... but yea... I never expected a movement like that would gather some Qi =). That's my GUESS... hope i'm not wrong or anything.
