70 Spartina Circle is conveniently across the street and 3 houses down from Camp Watercolor's pool, playground and green space. Our home has a warm and inviting family-friendly atmosphere that is ideal for vacationing with either extended family or several families. We consistently have received excellent guest reviews.

There is a large porch on the front and a screened-in porch with ceiling fan on the back for those times when you want to just relax outdoors. There is a large covered parking area in the rear as well as an adjacent open parking space making it convenient to come & go.

There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, one on each floor. In addition, there is a 3rd bedroom with a queen plus a large bunkroom with 4 bunk beds and room for the kids to play. There also is a queen hide-a-bed in the family den. Each bedroom has a TV & its own private bath. There is a reading nook at one end of the upstairs hallway and a desk at the other end that can be used as a mini-office. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you the freedom to cook (or not!) whenever you want to.

The private outside shower in the rear equipped with hot water makes cleaning up after a fun day at the beach a breeze.

The house is located within both walking distance and an easy bike ride to the beach. We are ideally situated just steps from both the walking trails at the end of the block and Camp Watercolor. The Camp area has a lap pool for general use. There also is a large open green space near the pool where kids can play ball, practice soccer kicks, fly kites or just run. Adjacent to the open space is a large pond where kids can feed tiny fish and listen to the serenade of the frogs in the early evening.
