Fat burning food do exist. And that's just food. imagine combining these foods with high intensity cardio workouts. you'd be in great shape. i recommend eating spinach, almonds, walnuts, other unsalted nuts, oatmeal, flaxseed, eggs, olive oil, salmon, tuna, berries, avocados, veggies, fruits, lean meats, etc. STAY AWAY FROM PROCESSED FOODS AKA TRANS FAT AKA HYDROGENATED OILS. AND CUT DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY ON SATURATED FAT, SODIUM, SUGAR, AND REFINED CARBOHYDRATES. ENOUGH SAID.

I lost a lot of weight and I found when I ate small meals all day I was always thinking about food and hungry. 3 medium meals per day worked better for me. You have to find a hobby to keep your mind off food. And going to bed early helps so you don't eat at night. I hope you find help, good luck!

The idea is to not eat much of anything, not eat lots of "healthy" food.
