Oblivion Mod - Playable Sheogorath

have you wanted The Daedric Prince of Maddness? (Sheogorath) now you can with that spell that he casts on you if you attack him then you go into nowhere and Die!!

wow.

The only thing that I can think of to make this better is to make him walk with his cane when not wielding a weapon, and mabe adding that teleport spell that you can use if some npc makes you angry.

You do get the spell in this mod, but there is another mod which make your character walk with it.

hi i can be Sheogorath and and all the spells work but how do you get his clothes and cane etc?

Just complete the Shivering Isles story-line and you should get his staff and clothes by at the very end.

....Or, if you're can't be bothered to do the expansion that you can type "coc testinghall" into the console and you should find his equipment there.

his items arent there, even if you have expansion, only his staff

Actually it's the room where there's several boxes and each box has every items genre / every item in the game.

I think you're talking about the display rooms of armor and weapons. Sadly, they don't put clothes in the display rooms.
