I wish I had told Rob that he did nothing wrong in life to get this cancer like he suggested here maybe he had ..no, not at all ...
I am glad you were there for him in more of a personal way because I was feeling bad he was living alone dealing with cancer ..you are one of the lucky ones to have had him in your life ..

yes I knew Rob personally, I lived with him 3 and a half years. Though we had seperated the last 4th year, we remained wonderful friends and I visited him as often as I could manage it. I miss him very much...

Hi, Rob. I feel bad that you're in such pain. My mum was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer also just last Monday. We've decided to give a try to a substance called DCA, which appears to be cheap. Hard to obtain inside US though.

I started my 8th round of chemo today. They are called short treatments so they only last about an hour each time. 4 days of that and back in 3 weeks for more. I am all for it right now, this pain has got to stop. It has been so hard on me, even operating this keyboard has been a challenge. My next update should tell you what the chemo did this time and I will be having an MRI of the head next week so results from that also. Wish me luck my freinds.
