i still like this stuff and this is just my opinion and i haven't heard much of the other new stuff but this song sounds like a lot of other music out there. still, it grooves.

some of this sounds a bit like "Dancers to a Discordant System" especially from around 2:30 :( where did the crunchy, horrific, gravel-y, gargoyle bass sound go? like on Assymetry the beginning *DUN! DUN! DUN! *snare*DUN! DU-DUN DUN DU-DUN DU-DU-DUN! DU-DUN DU-DUN DU-DU-DUN! DUNNNNDUNNNDUNNNNDU*snare*DUNDUN!* <<< i miss that! i hope you haven't abondoned that old bass tone. the cd MATERIA sounded like sledgehammers smashing the lowest string of a piano and it demolished my brain into a pulp.
