I've just tried it, and I can't do it correctly! My glutes don't fire properly, especially my right one. I've been doing Single Leg RDL's, Pistols and GHRaises lately to correct my gluteal amnesia, coupled with glute activation exercises of course,but now I think I'll substitute the GHRaises with this one. Far better for what I'm looking for. Thank you so much coach Boyle!
