@JohnAndRowForever - Good to see another admirer of the John and the Beatles...I agree with a lot of your sentiments, regarding John.
I'm a recording artist / songwriter / composer...The Beatles are my biggest influence (Here are my songs):

@novanine9 Right. AND??? All of those people you mentioned are Greatly inferior to Lennon. They would even say so themselves...Petty Idolized Lennon. Look up what Stevie's tune "Edge Of Seventeen" is about>>>LENNON(& her Grandpa). I don't care if he was merely Lennon's shoeshine boy, the Dummy should've asked more indepth questions about him. As far as Lady Ga Ga & the Black Eyed Peas, they shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath with a Genius like John Lennon.

He worked with Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, and so many others in the seventies and eighties...I believed that he was a 2nd engineer on the Lennon sessions...
as a label ceo he is responsible for lady gaga and the black eyed peas....interscope records

@novanine9 I don't think he did. He did work with "Solo" Lennon in the Mid-70's. The Beatles stopped recording in 1969. Jimmy turned 16 that year...So...I'm guessing he Never worked with The Beatles.
