New Deal: We Work Again - 1930's

We Work Again is a US government civic-minded film aimed specifically at the unemployed African American population in the wake of the Great Depression.

Produced by the Work Projects Administration, the largest New Deal agency, We Work Again works to illustrate how black citizens would not be left out of the FDR's relief plan. We Work Again includes rare documentary footage of the Depression era, depictions of the New Deal in effect, and a rousing choir of singers, ending the film on a hopeful note.

We need a true Leader that will create factories and industries in the USA again. The Leaders that allowed our factories and industries to move out of the US caused the unemployment we have today. We sent away what build America. We allowed Corporation to make this happen. Today all we got are cops coming against the poor and homeless.

Yes we have more blacks and other races working in America but the depression still continue for many blacks in this country. Never in history have i seen the GOVERNMENT has a people so control and yet you ship simple jobs overseas to countries that don't like America. Yes am speaking about America sending jobs and billions of dollars to countries so as to relax the thought of hating us. How can anyone in their right mind thinks its ok for your enemy to make everything we eat and use.

We need something like this now because we're in the same position like back then. Obama could put most Americans back to work using this method and restart the economy.Here in my state of NJ we have unemployment lines out to the street and food banks overflowing with people, just like all over the US and just like this newsreel film.
