St. Stephen's students work in Granada, Nicaragua every summer touching the lives of many who live in extreme poverty. The group builds a home for Marta and her family in the Sabaneta; volunteers with the Sisters of Charity tutoring students and working in the day care; and visits Carita Feliz to serve dinner.
Our student participants included Ana Paula Garcia, Collier Gray, Anne Woodward, Chantal Strasburger, Lorelei Strasburger, Geoffrey Livsey, Louis Leon, Jake Bruemmer, Logan Canter, Shea Mohan, Kaylin Balley, Michael Engeling, Zach Burford, and Megan Parra. Adult leaders: Philip Doig, Dean Mohlman, Shobie Partos, Nick Buddo, rachel nation. Special thanks to Dee and Mario Garcia.
