After a great Z ATTACK event in 2007, the Middle Tennessee Z Club did it again in 2008. This years Z ATTACK featured our traditional schedule and some very new exciting functions. As always, we started things off on Friday, April 11 with a couple of exciting activities to choose from. First, we offered a guided tour of Nissan Powertrain Assembly Plant in Decherd, TN. As an alternate to the plant tour, we offered a tour of the Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN (www.jackdaniels.com), 75 miles from Nashville. We ended the afternoon at Crawford Z Car in downtown Nashville for our infamous pre-show welcome party. Saturday, started with our Z-ATTACK Peoples Choice Car Show held indoors at the Lane Motor Museum (www.lanemotormuseum.org), current home of the Nissan Heritage Collection with the museum featuring historic Z cars from the Collection during the event. Following the show there was a free period to rest, local Nashville tourist attractions, and an awesome cruise on the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway. Finally we made it back to the post show gathering for dinner, again at Crawford Z Car. As you can see - it was a GREAT event! Zee you next year!!
