well it wasnt Cleveland thats one thing for sure. Our seats were tan colored and we never had 1985 model L-10 powered units. Ours were 6V92'ed. It could be Ex-Cobb county or somethin like that or pre-retired DC units. I know DC had L-10 powered units from like 1992 or 93...somewhere round there with a roof top A/C unit. Not too many properties operated Flexibles with the L-10/Voith line that sounded like that.
Alot of drivers often rest their arm on that pole. Theres no reason, he's just resting his arm there.
